For an extended lifetime of your tungstens and a better deburring quality try this: G 235 H with floating spindle support. Our die grinders with extended spindle like GL 201 H, G 100 H or GL 12000 H / GL 16000 H are the solution especially for drill holes, turbine wheels or complicated geometries. With these die grinders you can work up to one meter into the deep. GL 12000 H and GL 16000 H are light in weight and perfect for horizontal fatigue-proof working. On the other hand the grinder G 100 H is ideal for vertical working because its dead load enforces enough contact with the material. Because of the extension segments with rigid steel shaft running on bearings and multipoint connection you can reach a higher level of power transmission at low vibrations than with conventional flexible shafts. Furthermore there are just low maintenance costs because these die grinders extensions don’t wear out as fast as flexible shafts. |
