MANNESMANN-DEMAG is committed to giving our customers quality products, professional support and reliable service. The M-D service center in Roseville, MI is dedicated to meeting the repair and service requirements of our customers in the U.S., Canada and Mexico. It is important to us that you have complete confidence in our products and our commitment to stand behind them.

Your tools will be in the hands of factory trained technicians with over 25 years of experience repairing all makes and models of air tools, air motors and spindles.

Mike Ramsden is the general manager of our 8,000 sq. ft. repair facility. Mike has established himself as the “go to” guy for users, integrators and distributors.

Mike will orchestrate the turn-around of your repair. Our technicians will dismantle, clean and inspect your tool. A repair cost estimate will then be provided. Also, if warranted, application recommendations will be made to increase tool life and/or minimize future repairs. Work will then be completed upon your approval of the repair estimate. A large inventory of parts is on hand to facilitate quick turn-around. A parts breakdown and other pertinent information will be detailed on your invoice.

Our goal will be to provide the best response time from estimate to completion, all the time maintaining a high level of quality and professionalism to ensure your repair is performed properly. We strive to minimize your tool’s downtime and maximize its productivity. Full service contracts, preventative maintenance, repairs, rebuilds and modifications are all available through the U.S. service center. Full factory support stands behind all of our service.
